Sunday Service and Sunday School 9:30 am All are Welcome

Our Church will be closed Sunday May 24, and we will be holding our Service at Red Willow Boys and Girls camp, 11:00 with a pot luck to follow

RED WILLOW SERVICE & CAMP-OUT

May 23 & 24 2026

Let’s celebrate together at Red Willow camp.

Gates at Red Willow Boys & Girls Camp will open at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

Come set up your trailers, tents, lawn chairs for a day and evening of camping fun.  Lots of activities for all ages.  Bring your favorite outdoor games.  There will be a craft activity Saturday.  For the Craft activity – Bring empty, clean tin cans with one end removed, dryer lint, candle stubs or wax for recycling.

Saturday Super and Sunday Breakfast, everyone is to supply their own.

Evening music (bring your instruments), sing song and s’mores.  (Hopefully we will be allowed a campfire.)

There are also large community style bunk houses for those who do not have campers/tents.  Bring your bedroll.  

There will be a Church Service with Communion; 

Sunday,  May 24, 11:00 am.  Pot luck lunch to follow. 

Directions to Red Willow Boys & Girls Camp

From Beaverlodge Esso, travel south to 3rd Street West (Industrial Park), proceed to Highway 722 **

From Wembley / Grande Prairie:

Turn left on Highway 667

Proceed to junction of Highway 722, turn left

**Proceed just past Halcourt United Church to Range Road 104, turn left

Travel to Township Road 705, turn right

Travel to Range Road 105, turn left, continue on this road, you will pass through a steel gate, down a steep hill and at the bottom of the hill is the Camp.

Open air bleachers – Bring blankets to sit on or to wrap up in if a chilly day.  River flows past the camp.

Service Time 11:00 am, Pot Luck to Follow

The Thrift Store

Open the Second Saturday of each month from 10 am to 1 pm in the basement of the church. Everything is $5 a bag.
